Heritage Project Advice and Consultations
A critical element in major heritage project planning is having the best expert advice available for key planning decisions, as would typically be required for projects meeting the threshold for Environmental Effects Statements (EES), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and other state-based major planning instruments (e.g. Comprehensive Impact Statement (CIS) in Victoria). Similar heritage planning advice is required for major development projects, such as precinct structure plans.
Cultural Heritage Management Planning (CHMP)
Andrew Long + Associates have provided cultural heritage planning services and advice for EES, EIA, CIS and other major planning projects undertaken in Victoria in recent years, including; Eastlink, Peninsula Link, Westlink, Regional Rail Link, East-West Link, Truck Action Plan, Channel Deepening Project, Melbourne-Geelong Interconnector, Western Highway Project, Shaw River Project, Iluka Ouyen Minerals Sands and WIM150 Mineral Sands.
