Adam completed his PhD in Archaeology at La Trobe University in 2021, subsequently joining Andrew Long + Associates. He has since worked as a project archaeologist, largely on projects working within Aboriginal cultural heritage legislative frameworks.

Description

Adam has fulfilled several roles since joining Andrew Long + Associates. He has led and partaken in a broad range of fieldwork throughout Victoria and authored and co-authored several cultural heritage management plans and salvage reports.  He has successfully applied his knowledge and experience in the analysis of Aboriginal cultural material, having analysed and written up the assemblages for several projects. His has a specific theoretical interest in the intersection between flaked stole assemblage structure, raw material provisioning and Aboriginal mobility patterns.

Adam is a listed cultural heritage advisor under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 (Vic).
