It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that as Founding Director of Andrew Long + Associates I introduce Ricky Feldman and Jon Howell-Meurs, in the roles of Executive Directors. It is now 23 years since I began practising as an archaeologist in Melbourne. During this time I have built Andrew Long + Associates to be a leader in the consistent delivery of high quality cultural heritage outcomes. As a company we pride ourselves on a passion for cultural heritage professionalism which is exhibited in all our undertakings and has seen us thrive in the new legislative framework set by the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006.
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have fostered such a talented and creative multi-disciplinary team, who not only support my philosophy towards the business, but have taken the lead in diversifying our endeavours into exciting new areas, such as our GIS and modelling capabilities.
Key to developing our business for future strengths is the appointment of two new executive directors, Jon Howell-Meurs and Ricky Feldman to the board of Andrew Long + Associates. Having worked for the company for ten years and more both bring unique skills and expertise to the management of our expanding business. I look forward to working with Jon and Ricky to further consolidate our position as a leading cultural heritage advisory company into the future.
